My Thoughts:
These versatile mats worked perfectly for my small charcoal grill and are easy to cut to fit it. I fixed some BBQ Chicken to test how well the mat worked. We love a LOT of sauce on our chicken and I really appreciated not having the sauce drip on my charcoal. I’ve had it go out in the past but not with the mat. My chicken was cooked all the way and delicious! Since these come in a two pack, I can use the spare one for doing cheese, vegetables, and jerky bites in my smoker.
